Once upon a time discs lasted more than half the life of a vehicle, now they seem to need changing with every set of pads, at least that is my experience. At least discs don’t cost as much as they used to do.

I think you are correct, that's my experience also. Ironically the pads have plenty of life in them, I really am light on the brakes, only changing as the disks are no longer good. I'll see how the EBC set go, only time will tell.

Yokohama Geolanders, Sony head unit, NAUTILUS Air Horn, DRL conversion, Rear cargo space, Elvis Bobblehead, transfer Guard, Indian hanging Elephant, Koni Heavy track dampers, Custom SS exhaust, Voodoo Doll, Adventure Rack with LED ight bar, vintage ERIBA caravan usually attached (yes it's slow)

As I have said in the past ebc discs and pads are my go too both for performance and longevity and given the use I have of them with lots of towing and farm mud and filth they have to work for a living.

First of our SJ rebuild items back from @aurorapowder
These are coated in "half shine black" and are looking great. We had them coat the new front and rear bumpers and new tank guard
The other parts are originals from the car that have all been sandblasted and coated including the cam cover, the air intake, spare wheel mount and the door mirror mounts,
Looking good! Now getting ready for the next batch

They look great, imagine how much better they'll look up against the new paintwork.
