Gerry rigged the old Midland and burner up. 19 is not what it used to be. Still it saves a hundred quid on a handheld. Just need to fasten it to the dash in a none invasive kinda way.

When it was new it had a range of about 15 miles if you had line of sight. That was a while ago now and I don't have a swa so it's probably only good for 15 feet nowadays.

After fixing the kingpin, diff oil change, spark plug change, coolant flush, wiper tune (stop that awesome wiper noise), I took mine from Gloucester to Scotland. With the parents when to the old coach road in the lakes and had a day off road. The Jimny did not disappoint.

Tidied up the newly fitted back disc conversion (Renault Megane MK3 Callipers with Jimny discs) and properly routed the brake lines. Gave the axle a bit of a tidy up and a paint too.

Two new bolts for my new timing belt cover as top two had fallen out.

Bolted my seat down again, this time also using a washer to secure it because it was knocking when I sat my fat ass down on it.

Two things today. First I used a supplementary exhaust rubber to stop my back box clattering the tow bar.

I then dug this lot out of the nooks and crannies under Dreadnaught. This is after a good go with a power washer when it was still wet.

They look so much better in bright white rather than the standard yellowy white.
Lots of manufacturers seem to use mixed colour lights and they don't look good.
