Changed all the steering and track-rod ends - the blighters had seized up, and were an utter pig to get undone. Locking nuts had wrecked the threads in spite of soaking them for the last week. Reassembled greased to within an inch of their lives
Booked in for tracking tomorrow

Are you assembling it on a mini-golf course there?
I like the shape of the rack, still undecided about the front lower bit tho.

Looking for a nice clean and straight LHD Jimny..... Not any more.
Got one that seems to have been magnatized and driven through the "Big Jimny Bits" parts stores too quickly so it missed a few items.

That roof rack pic should come with a NSFW warning.
I'm in love !!!! Can't wait to see it on the car. Beautiful.
Can you give a breakdown of all costs ?

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Checked that the front & back diffs in my Gen4 have the same ratio
Some rumour on t'interweb about a few getting out with an auto diff at one end and manual at the other. Mine are both the same, 10 turns of the back wheel and the front is still exactly in synch. Looks like they got it right
