i was thinking perhaps the strip that goes on the side of a boat might do it. but the problem lies with the single skin wing. i quite liked the look of the KAP wings but i think one big knock and they would have had it. some kind of right angled rubber might do it but trying to find some is proving tricky.

We have made right angle ABS plastic wing extensions (not on a Jimny) by bending a strip over a hot wire bender, the ends can be rounded off and some U trim applied it is delightful stuff to work with and can be shaped ith a hot air gun, too. Fastened on with large rivets

cheers for the response guys

but the problem lies with the fact a jimny wing is only about 2 or 3mm thick and with the plastic inner arches removed it leaves a big void under the wheel arch.

so maybe if i made some L shaped brackets to fit the rubber it may work.

any other ideas are very welcome

cheers

you could do what i did with belt rubber just make it as wide as you want very strong and stiff it would cope withe been stuck out a foot no problem, bolted to the inside of the arches, then sealed with gasket sealent atb dave.
