Back to it today, determined to get it finished...
So today I welded up the driver's half-door, the new top to join the inner and outer skins, filled all the holes in the door, and some tube in the old window channel passed the mirror mount...
Attached to the inner skin too, they'll eventually be an aluminium chequer plate 'step' on the lower half of the door, and it'll fold into the inside to make a door panel too...
Hoping to get out in the garage again on Wednesday and enclose the rear of the cab cutoff...

How will you open the door? small handle inside. Might I suggest the lever that used to open the fuel filler flap could be useful to you here?
