its one like this but from what ive found in the past they kink the pipe and if you need to do a bend that's to sharpe the pipe collapses or can you get mandrel for them types
Best thing is to use a proper bender, like this one.
Or similar. A centre press can be used for plumbing pipes, which are rather thick walled.
But for thin walled, CDS tube. You'll need something like the one in the link.

ill keep my eye out for one of these im sure ive seen one in a friend workshop they have every thing as its a sheet metal business and they also build gt40s hope he has I know hes got a mandrell bender but ive asked before and that's just for there exhausts and its the wrong size mandrels etcTomDK wrote:

the pipe wont kink as long as you get good thick pipe, i think mines 3.2mm with a 42mm-OD.
making a trayback is basically the same as restoring your car. when its apart it gives you chance to get at the main rust areas and chassis.
its like new when its all cleaned down. well except for a couple new dinks

I mite be mistaken but im sure he bought it like it and found loads more rust and though sod it the backs coming off I like the way you can mound all the dirty offroading bits like anchor highjack etc on the rear and save getting the mud and wet in the cab
When i bought the jimjam the ass end was hanging out :laugh: If it was abit better i would have sorted it but it wasnt and iv always wanted to do a trayback :evil:
