Well Matt has been in touch and should have the rack ready for the feet welding Mon/Tue ish
So just before I go I've to take the std bars off.
Could you advise on how you got to the nuts to remove them?

I'll have a closer look, I did have a quick look for some end caps but couldn't see any. They must be better hidden than I thought they would be

That's why I couldn't see where the bolt covers where. I expected the end caps to have little flick out grommets and not the whole cap to come off.
At least I know what to do now )

Love the awning defiantly getting one on my next jimny.
I used to tow a trailer tent behind mine, the jimny towed it pretty well but that roof tent looks wicked and is a much more practical solution for long distance.
