 Hi all, this may seem Little picky but dose any one know how to disable the buzzer that sounds with the ignition key in if the door is open. I have only had my car for about a month now but this little buzzer is really starting to irritate me.

The buzzer is located by the instrument pack in the dashboard. It is fed by two connectors (G22 and G24). Pin 8 of G22 has the feed from the door switch, Pin 7 of G22 has the lights feed and Pin 16 of G24 has the ignition feed. I guess that there is a "state table" that sounds the buzzer depending on the different combinations of the inputs. If you disconnect one feed then you will affect the operation of the others. If you want to disable it all together then the power is on Pin 10 of G24.

Rhinoman on "www.difflock.com/forum" may have more details but I think that disconnecting one input may adversly affect the others.
