ABS sensors

Is there a foolproof way of removing the sensors from an axle withut damage so they can be re used in another.

I am in this delicate predicament

I'm guessing a pair of new sensors from suzuki are going to cost the ruddy earth if I knacker one.

The ounting bolt has undone fine but the sensors dont show any desire to leave their resting place. I darent go too hard as they look pretty fragile

any sugestions or help appreciated
