steering wheel outa wack after lift was created by blakey2000
as the title says my steering wheel is not center anymore after lifting 3 inches.

panhard rods all seem to be correct, measureing from a forwrd piece of the chassis to the front radius arm mount on the axle.going crossways so from right hand chassis to left hand arm mount on the axle an same the other way.

I cannot think what else would put the steering wheel out unless i bent something.

Any help or other ideas would be good

Cheers, Blake

awesome as thanks for that.

how do you find this stuff every time i use the search i can never find anything.

glad its just somethingsimple.

you wouldnt happen to have picture of the steering arm the bit that turns the rotational to lateral movement. the other side of the steering arm thats not attached to the passenger wheel.

i just want to see the position that it should be in when all is correct. if anyone has a picture of it.

I dont have any pix, and im not at home at present to take some :( ...

Its not usually an issue but IIRC if you go above +2" on the lift, then it really starts to be noticed.

Personally, whenever I have an issue, I check here first ..

or google something like "bigjimny +steering" <-- second hit down the list

If you put "site:bigjimny.com" after whatever you're looking for in google i.e. "steering site:bigjimny.com"
Goole will search only the bigjimny site.
