Radio

Hi, does anyone know if the 06 Jimny with built in radio needs a code if the batteries disconnected? Cheers Ian.

Only if the previous owner or yourself have given it one!!
From factory they dont have a preset code
but in the manual for the radio there is an option to give
it a code if you get what i mean!!

Thanks for that, just in case I have decided to put a direct feed to the radio fuse from the positive terminal and disconnect the battery from the rest of the car. Hopefully this will reset all the electronics and I can get my car out of 4WD or not! Cheers Ian.

I can't think of any other reason your hub's won't unlock!!
Have you checked all the plug connectors on the transfer box
are all plugged on and clean????

Other than that i'm out of idea's!!
