i remember seeing and have looked for some adjustable stiffness shocks, i cant remember what make they are tho. they can be hooked upto an in-car controller.

i was thinking it might be a good feature to have to enable the increase of stiffness for on road driving and then reduce it for offroading activities....

if anyone has a set or knows the make stick a post on :)

Greg

Perfect timing mate, I'm doing some research atm on shocks and have been keeping a look out for adjustable ones for you, so far I have found one which are the Rancho RS9000. I not sure where you can buy the shocks by themselves but D&G Tuning do a full Jimny 4.5" lift with remote adjustable RS9000

I prefer exactly the opposite setup: soft on road and stiff off road ... but mine are not adjustable and they're always stiff ...

Anyway ...

a friend of mine has the adjustable shocks on the DGtuning lift kit, but the setup must be done with a knob on the shock, and not from inside the car
