New engine g13b - g13bb was created by George.
I've found another engine for the jimny it was advertised as a g13b engine but I've just looked through the photos and it's actually a g13bb engine, will it still work as a straight swap? Supposed to be picking up tomorrow? Thanks George

probably a mistake.
The G13B engine is an older twin cam engine used in Swift GTI's in the late 80's. Same block as the G13BB but otherwise completely different.

The one you've found is a direct swap :)

I'm not sure I understand what you're worried about.

If you Jimny is a G13BB model, then yes just swap it for another G13BB engine. Don't worry about it been called a G13B. It looks completely different.

G13B engine looks like this

Couple of different g13bb engines some are used in other suzuki models so just a case of swapping auxiliaries etc but some have crank sensor and cam pick up point some only have the cam pick up point so need to see if you have a wire in front of your sump.
They will all be usable but you it may be a case of swapping pick up ring off the end of cam etc
