it is what the garage said it is
"JLX+" = alloys, fake leather on top of "JLX" spec
the rear spoiler, sidesteps, and tints are after-market additions

do I tell my insurance co, take the mods off, or hope for the best
as "rear spoiler, sidesteps, and tints" are all mods and in the event of a claim .... if they haven't been declared ... could void your insurance.
normal insurance companies take the piss, even upping your premiums for tints and tow-bars.
specialist insurance companies appear to reduce the premiums for having mods strange but true in my case with Adrian Flux
good luck with your decision and should you choose the latter, keep it to yourself

A fair few years ago my mate crashed his car and claimed, he hadnt declare window tints or alloys, the insurance company gave him the option to pay the extra for the mods at timw of claim which he did and got a brand spankimg set of rims that he got to pick!!!
Things may have changed now tho.
Adrian flux was more expensive than LV and others for me.
