The pollen filter and a few bits to keep on the shelf promptly turned up from Big Jimny (thanks Martin) and the filter fitted perfectly. Now I can breathe more easily with less pollen

Yokohama Geolanders, Sony head unit, NAUTILUS Air Horn, DRL conversion, Rear cargo space, Elvis Bobblehead, transfer Guard, Indian hanging Elephant, Koni Heavy track dampers, Custom SS exhaust, Voodoo Doll, Adventure Rack with LED ight bar, vintage ERIBA caravan usually attached (yes it's slow)

Finally got the the bottom of the crate....

No, zombie kid, it's "I like portals" Portals, not turtles.

Might start a thread and do a write up on the install. Jimny is on storage so maybe a while.

Looking for a nice clean and straight LHD Jimny..... Not any more.
Got one that seems to have been magnatized and driven through the "Big Jimny Bits" parts stores too quickly so it missed a few items.

This is going to be interesting! Have not seen a Jimny on this forum with portal axles!

Please start a thread.
Like the unicorn I have see articles suggesting these mythical beasts exist, but never seen anything in real life to prove they do. Very cool.

And a 2 month wait.... I tried one in daylight in the garage and not impressed...It draws 0.7Amp, so there's no way this is 1000 Lumens.
it would be more like 100 !

Will try again later in the dark...

1000 lumen is about 18 watts in LED terms. So at around 13volts that should be 1.5 amps approx

I did have a quick search and found out that it needs Lab equipment to measure it too Martin, but it was worth the $9.11 to prove to me that as far as LED spotlights are concerned, you get what you pay for!
I will try them in the dark in a couple of hours time and report back!

Just did the calc on your figures and it comes out at 495L.....
I have a 200L Led Lenser so will go and dig that out after I've had my Pie & Chips and compare in the dark...
Cheers
