Likely king pins but until you take it apart it might be hard to tell and even then it might be hard to tell. If it's kingpins you'll only likely have play when you wiggle the wheel at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock but if it's a wheel bearing it will be any which way you wiggle it.

Whilst you have the hub off, just check the wheel bearing.

Mine had let a load of water in from the bottom king pin and had got into the bearing and it had a load of rusty coloured grease in it, even though there was no movement in the wheel at that point. So I changed the bearing as well.
