Does anyone have a spare yellow handled oil dipstick for sale? Which could be posted to the Cambridge area?
Cheers

Haha no it's there but the top yellow handle had snapped off before I bought it but didn't realise until I did buy it!

Drill through the yellow stump (and most likely through the metal as well,) and thread a key ring through it so you can twist and pull it out

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

That's a good idea, but will there be enough meat on the metal stick to take a drill hole?

Only 1 way to find out ;)

The hole only needs be 1.5mm, I don't know how far the metal stick goes into the plastic.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)
