How much oil and what type for rock lobster?

As per the title, gonna fit mine as I think a mount has gone on the original one so what sort of out is needed and how much?

About 1 litre of GL4 or GL5 oil.
I know that some say it has to be GL4 oil, but GL5 80W/90 will be just fine.
