ive just manged to get my old superwinch to work B) and was wondering how youve mounted your rear winch, ive got a ORA rear bumper so dont fancy loosing that in favour of a bumper with mount,

A friend of mine has a rear mounted winch in the back of his sj, the way hes done his is to weld 2 supporting arms off the chassic legs up to a mount on the boot floor, then runs the cable through a fairlead on the rear door,

is there any better ways,
cheers Dan

if you search for my post "working progress" and look at the pictures you can see that i have used the ORA rear winch tray upside down and then mount the winch from the top. im sure you could use this idea and chop the rear bumper you have to fit

its not too bad as the truck has a 5" ish lift (3" springs 2" spring spacers)
we dont have a rear winch at the moment - the previous guy had a warn tabor, but the ideal winch would be a goldfish from David Bowyer
