Antiroll bar disconnect is quick simple. Undo the four bolts that attach it to the front crossmember and I've made a small bracket with a bolt through it which has a small SS "D" shackle, from that I have a velcro strap which supports the bar. It just hangs loose, does slap against the chassis but so far have not had any problems with this system. It's much easier than removing the entire bar. Here's me reconnecting it.

Quicker than full removal and don't have to carry the bar in the car. All the effectiveness of full removal.
If I took it off completely I'd never bother putting it back on. Also I always disconnect for off roading but I wouldn't remove it every time.
