When using the off-road vehicle, the periods of air filter replacement are dependent dust sucked. Not the distance traveled or time of use.

When did replace the air filter?

When depression after the filter reaches values above 50 mbar

How we measure this?

Installing air filter service indicator

The yellow piston indicates the depression after the filter

Here indicating 65% % depression after the filter (full scale 50 mbar)

Installing in the air filter case.

when replacing air filter release the yellow piston indicator to press the yellow button

In five minuts

No more clogged filters

No more new filters thrown in the trash

Cheers

Gustavo

If you have a diagnostic interface then you can log manifold pressure and barometric pressure at WOT through peak torque (around 3500rpm). Check it with a new filter so you know what it should be and then you can check it at regular intervals. I would expect a 50mBar difference stationary to be a big difference at WOT as there will be a lot more air trying to get through or is it on some sort of ratchet?

Some Suzukis and a bunch of motorcycles.
