Hi
I made the wood tray and fitted it but the alloy tray work was done by Taylor Engineering in the Emsworth Marina, They also fabricated the lift for me. Yachttie marinas seem to have their share of inventive fabricators as they are used to one off ideas for boats of all kinds. Taylor's are great to deal with. Google will find them if its of interest.
The bumpers are still very much a work in progress, and hopefully will be fitted by the time I get back in June.

Progress was made while I was away in May, and the bumpers from China are now fitted. They look fine, and were what I wanted at a fair price. The fitting of them was a bit like a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle, as the instructions were vague, and that's being kind to say the least of it. However, the quality of the fabricated bumpers is excellent, and after much firkling aboot they fit well. The rear light slots did not match the original lights, and so a set of trailer lights has replaced the originals. That also solved the number plate light problem in a simple way.
Front Bumper installed
Rear Bumper installed with Spare Carrier
BFG 215 x 75 x15 AT KO2 fitted today all round.
Interior LED strips fitted and wired to door curtesy light switch, for those dark days to come .
Just a Winch In A Bag to order and that will be about it for the time being.
I did toy with the idea of a 2" lift , but decided that it wouldn't do much for my use, I prefer to have the lower CofG when offroad on uneven tracks and forestry.
