New Jimny

Decided I should put my mud grips on as its not far off of winter here and the crap weather is already started!
But before I could i had to hammerite the surface rust on the center of my rear brake drums, went from this:

To this:

Water sits in where the spacers are and eventually it rusted :S so I couldnt avoid it.
And then put my Muds on :laugh: I do love the look of them!

Also thought Id share this photo with you, went for a drive out to our nearest coast Ngawi a few months ago and took this

Was very sceptical about the colour when I first brought it but love it now and happy I didnt choose a different colour
Still planning a lift for it but im quite happy how it is at the moment. Would like a nudge bar so I could fit an LED light bar to it or maybe I should put one on the front bumper recess?

So my Jimny has changed abit since my last post I have had an Old Man Emu suspension lift installed which is the best thing I have had done to my Jimny, rides alot smoother on the road and you don't feel every little bump in the road like you use to.
Here's a pic trying out the new suspension wasn't full flex though.

I also fitted new front speakers to go with the new rears as they were overpowering the stock fronts

Only 10cm 3 way speakers but I am very impressed with them, and the biggest change yet is the Xrox bullbar I had fitted a week ago

Not to heavy either didn't even feel a weight difference when driving. Now I can slowly work towards a light bar and a winch in the near future! But at the moment I love how my Jimny is set up. I also swapped out the interior light bulb with a new Led but don't have a picture of it working, is lot brighter than stock though!

Love that new bumper, just wish we had access to that sort of thing here.
Also when you fit a lightbar you will wonder why you left it so long.
The light output is stunning.
