my panhard isn't horizontal, but you can buy two adjustable ones for $440 from superior engineering, i run them on mine, took some adjusting with a straight edge and tape measure but work a treat

Are they height adjustable or just length? You can get a relocation bracket from one of the shops but cant remember which one, ill look later and pop a link up. I think you unbolt the left side of the panhard bolt the bracket on then bolt the rod to the bracket, basically it moves the mount up.

mines stock and the panhard rod is level with the axle.

check first that it should be the same on a 2 inch lift but I belive it should.

Thanks for the links and info guys!

Will take a look at those relocation brackets you told me about, as $400+ seems a bit pricey for me.

But before I do go into buying things, are there any negative points in having a diagnol panhard rod? Can it cause any damage? What would be the difference between mine and a horizontal one. If I can get away without changing I will most likely leave it for the time being.

The Panhard rod should be parallel with the axle when stationary and normal load. The question is does it matter if its not? The answer is - It depends by how much its out of parallel.
Off road and no ARB you would not be able to tell in a Jimny.
On road it must make a difference to cornering but by how much would be very difficult to quantify with a lift and the Jimny's rubbery suspension.
The diagram below shows the geometry between standard and a 100mm lift.

Did the calculations for a 2 inch lift and you would need it to be 1mm longer. So don't bother unless you need to correct the tracking for other reasons.
