Hi everyone!

New to the forums around here, so let me introduce myself! My name is Jack... I'm a 16 year old guy (17 in 1 month) from Glasgow, Scotland. However have lived in Perth, Western Australia for 14 years. So... More or less an Ozzy.

Recently i purchased my first car (with the help of my parents! HUGE THANKS!), a 2006 Suzuki Jimny! Love it... (BONE STOCK) But I have already caught the modding bug! (before I even have my bloody license)

So far I have purchased. (yet to install)

- 5x Gripmax A/T's 215/75r15.
- 2" Suspension lift + shocks.
= $1100AUD all up.

If the attachment function works properly you should see my car in it's current state (bellow). But... Above that is what I would like to have it looking like by the end of 2013. + the 215's and 2" lift which aren't in the picture.

- Spray the stock steelies black.
- 20% tint all three back windows.
- Cut / trim front bumper. (any tips?)

What do guys/gals think? Also, how much extra height / clearance can i expect from 215/75r15's + a 2" suspension lift? Will it be noticeable inside and outside visually? Also can anybody recommend some cheap but worthwhile mods? Preferably within the $300 range?

P.S - She's never touched base with mud :( Soon though!

Cheers guys.

looks clean.
I gained about half an inch of ground clearance with that tyre size (roughly). That was just enough for me, lanes i couldn't do on a 205/70 i can do now

Hello there! Love th color of your car, I wish I picked mine gray too :)
Those wheels will make your car looks nicer, I had that size on mine and it was definitelly a good choice to start. I see that you already worked your bumper which is great because if not the wheels will 'touch' it when turning.

With $300 you can get a CB radio, and some straps(always helpful). Or a couple of good halogens. Or save them and with $200 more get a snorkel(maybe less money). Or if you have the skills buy the materials and build a good front bumper so you can get a winch later

What a clean little looker. Looks good with the mods you've done. Great choice for a first car :) my first car, a fiesta, is the same insurance group, and a little more n tax than the jimny. And how much more fun you will have :)
