Fabbed it up out of 6mm which is more than enough got a few other things to get on with aswell like making the sandwich plates so i can make the cage and tray removable

mines out of 5mm not exactly a tray but whole bumper and tray built in but 5mm plate is plenty for the job and as long as you welds are up to scratch will be fine heres a link to my bumper/tray build

Yeah 5mm is capable enough..
@kirkynut, i only get one day at the weekend to play in the garage due to the amount of hours i work during the week so iv got to crack on, plus iv got to spend at least an afternoon with the wife before she starts moaning :lol: did i mention the backend is nearly filled and ready to be sanded aswell :laugh:
