I originaly said i wasnt going to trayback it but the rust has really eaten into it and the more i look at pictures the more i like it so off it came :lol:

You want to have a good look around mate I am traybacking mine and the sills are f**cked there was 3 places on the bulkhead/ fire wall which needed cut out and nice new steel welded in there was also 2 places on the floor the problem I have found is the under seal it looks ok and then you touch it and the is little pockets of water behind it eating away

If you take the headlining down theres a bracing strip that runs across between the B pillars.. i cut along the front edge of that

It was a choice between cutting out all the rust and replacing it or just cut the back off :laugh: and didnt fancy sitting on my backside welding up the arches so out came the 9" disc cutter.. i couldnt justify doing it to a jimny that wasnt rusty
