Same here one side is just within the arches while the other side is about 1 or 2 inches within the arches.... Quite a difference

ENGAGE OVERLAND MODE :cheer:

I have really got the overland bug.... i dont know how or quite when but after i watched the video below i caught this blasted bug

As Jersey only offers light tracks by the meter rather then the mile it makes sense to look further afield and having a overland vehicle is the best way to tie in traveling and off roading at the same time

I know the Jimny isnt the biggest or best vehicle for the job but it dose have one major factor on its side... Good old Jap Reliability

I am starting out small... a 45 min drive on the motorway into France to a campsite for 3 nights... mainly so i dont dive into the deep end of motorway driving (never driven a car on the motorway before) and see how it handles being a key part of our survival in a strange country

But i am hoping to do a few more trips then by next year be planning a trip to the lake district which is around 6 hours driving flat out from Jersey then look into further into Europe

Already Preping the Jim... Just bought a decent coolbox and looking at changing the tyres to something slightly bigger and sense-able....

Thinking BFGs? What are they like on long mile journeys ?

Thats it for now...

I was still thinking of MTs... just less aggressive ones? i dont know haha

However AT would be alot better on the road... i just dont have faith in them as much as MTs
