Just been to see r_ogilvy and seen his truck and I have to say that this guy has got real talent.
Being a fabricator myself I can see his workmanship is outstanding and for a guy who has done that in his garage :woohoo:
With abit of direction and evolution which comes with anything work related, I think that this guy Has the potential to be a world leader in off road fabrication. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THIS GUY DONE ALL THIS IN HIS GARAGE :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

before we bought a winch we did a lot of asking around on which one to get and after ignoring the 'get a warn 8274' on cost grounds, the most popular recomendations were superwinch ep9, goodwinch goldfish and the winchmax
Everyone we found who had a winchmax had nothing but praise for it and it came with a synthetic rope which was a £200 extra on the others
So for our needs - occasional self / other recovery it has done the job well.
It got used at wagtail to recover myself and others quite sucessfully
If you are doing winch trials then you'd go for 8274, goodwinch big drum winches etc but for pay & play etc its great
