Right, whilst fitting the towbar, noticed a splatter of oil/fluid on the floor of the jimny kind of above the transfer box? on the rear side of it if you know what i mean?

So where the rear prop would go into the transfer? that kind of area... This common, has a seal gone or what....

I shall try to get a pic i think, like i should have :blush:

This what happens with no prop spacer and a lift or am i thinking totally wrong lol

if its coming out from the flange that the prop bolts to its best to get it sorted asap its only couple of £££ for a seal.

Looks like the oil seal. If its a manual transfer box (the one with the lever and not the buttons) then the oil seal is here:
