I have a Rob Storr rear disc kit, great and really easy to change shafts over but mine uses std jimny calipers (handbrake on transfer drum of SJ 6:1 rocklobster)and the brake bias is obviously 50:50 now rather than 80:20 ish that most cars are set up with, scary ! DG tuning sell a brake bias kit that i want but at £100 it'll have to wait.

I've made a start on my rear disc conversion on my spare axle, which I'll be sticking on the car and got one side made up - did you still need piccies or did Martin send you some darthloachie?
I have found that the carrier needed a bit of filing down to stop it rubbing on the disc and the carrier seems to be a terrible cast.
When you put the disc on for a trial fit and then the carrier on over it and spin the disc - if you've not done the wheel nuts up tight on the disc it will appear warped or not sat flat on the flange - I've just spend about an hour working that out and then zipped the wheel nuts up tighter with a new battery in the zip gun and it span true! Obviously the flange must be clean though.
I would encourage you to buy longer wheel studs - which muddyzook now stock as I'm using GV 16 inch wheels which are only steel and I'm not happy with the amount of thread due to the disc and spacer.
You get to play on your PS3? What when SWMBO in is the house?
I'm lucky to get any TV time with Hollyoaks, Eastenders, Neighbours, Home and Away, Coronation St, Come Dine With Me etc ...
It's a good job I've got a Jimny and a big garage to work on it in then!!!

Hi Kirky
Any and all pictures are greatly appreciated
Not started on mine yet as got to get the MOT done before Tong - exhaust first as it's about five welded together at the moment - hope it doesn't need a cat as well...... not hopeful
then the handbrake ....... you can push the jimny one handed with it fully applied........
Then the front prop UV joints need doing......
then the MOT
Oh and my daily driver needs an MOT by friday ....... and two new tyres.......
Will get around to the disk conversion
Oh and getting a winch....... Santa didn't leave me one
As for the PS3 it's in a different room so I can escape sometimes especially if Hollyoaks is on or some program about babies being born
