Jimny Diagnostics (via OBDII connection)

Yes i have and it's quite comprehensive. It's identified a couple of bad batteries which had previously reported as good by halfords as being defective. It's also been able to identify the starting and charging systems of all 3 jimny as being correct but found excessive current draw on the toyota though I'm still investigating that. Certainly a useful addition.

First results in on the battery tester. The 8.68V(Low starting voltage) is strange when compared to the other readings such as 100% healthy battery

This is my LCV - Geraldine. I accidently completely flattened it a few weeks ago. By the way, you never want to do that as, of course, you cannot electronically unlock the doors so you have to use the key. This means when you add the jump leads the alarm starts sounding, the lights flash and you are in an endless loop of the system restarting, the alarm resetting and restarting The car was really not happy at all, the only option was to remove the battery and charge separately.
 

That's broadly what I got the toyota on an unhealthy battery it has occurred that the level of charge is directly related to the starting voltage, because with a 95% plus charge on temeraire the starting voltage was like 12.0 and everything was happy. I have however changed the battery on the toyota to a healthy one I just haven't got round to retest it yet.
