Just contacted my local Suzuki dealer and from our registration number they said:
From your registration we recommend Suzuki Super Long Life Coolant (SLLC) / BLUE - £29.54 For 5L. Your vehicle requires 4.5L.
On a related matter, do you just drain the old by this, what looks like a turn plug on the bottom of the radiator?
Edit, and does that plug just unscrew or is there a knack to getting it out e.g. part turn and pull? I don’t want to risk damaging it or the radiator by being rough with it.

Thanks Lambert
Do you know the answer to my second aspect i.e.
does that plug just unscrew or is there a knack to getting it out e.g. part turn and pull? I don’t want to risk damaging it or the radiator by being rough with it.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

It carefully unscrews, make sure that you have a tool that evenly distributes the pressure on the two ears, and do it when it is warm to lessen the risk that the plastic will shatter in the cold. (They never undo with fingers)
I'm fairly sure that I took mine right out and there was an O ring on the end of the white screw that I lubricated with vaseline as I was draining the water every few weeks at one point.

That's probably what I felt as the outer restriction, the O ring. As it was draining I didn't need to wind it further.
