Long shot but have you left the battery off the car for like 24 hours to get the ECU to hard restart?

Yes unlikely two outputs have gone on the ECU, hopefully it isn’t the ECU, they tend to be expensive.
You could try Lambert’s trick of completely resetting the ECU, but if that doesn’t work then there is a chance it’s the crank and or cam sensor which is not working correctly or has a wiring fault.
As I understand it your engine has both and they control both the spark and the injectors, so if one is misbehaving you might get what you are seeing.
Suspect the cam sensor as that will have been disturbed when you replaced the head.
There are timing wheels which need to be correctly oriented, I have no idea if they can be put on wrong, but that might be worth checking, see this thread.

Could you check a second time - directly after cranking the engine for at least 10 seconds and without switching the ignition off - are there still no codes?

Yes, no errors

Tried already, no errors.
But I noticed the RPM is showing ~150 sometimes and sometimes zero,(while trying to start) so could be a problem with crankshaft sensor.

Thank you for your answer.
I have 2 types of camshaft, with different setup at the end, original one with 2 lobs and the one that came with new cylinder head which have 10-11 lobs.
I installed my old crankshaft.
That weel doesn't seem to be removable..
