I believe you'll find that the original "breather caps" cannot be reinstalled once they have been removed.

I believe you'll find that the original "breather caps" cannot be reinstalled once they have been removed.
Oh they can, mine has been off many times to clear them of mud and rust. they need a bit of persuation and metal handycraft to get back OK but can be done with a pair of pliers and a hammer.
I do dive and bathe my Jimny but never had any water ingress. -yet....

Nice to know, I did keep the original caps, seal and spring, but I did think if I ever have to take it back I would just buy a new breather cap.
