Best Tuning program to start tuning? was created by Vandoni
So, I've been wanting to change some values in my stock ECU and in the meantime learn a little bit about tuning, but I know nothing of the basic things that I need to start.
what is the best program to start tuning the ECU? And what should I buy in regards to the obd2 interface and equipment? (I have a laptop to work on obviously)

I could be wrong as this is not my area of expertise but the stock ECU is not readily tuned. That would require something like a Haltec or Link or similar standalone unit. There may be specialist outfits that have cracked the factory one for some parameters but I'm not aware of it being a DIY option?

You can get numerous stand alones
Easiest way to gain power is from an engine swap to M16A

So what you're saying is, it's not certain whether I can unlock the stock ECU?
if that's the case do you know any cheap aftermarket ones that I could use?
