im changing the diff once a year.

i use Castrol 75-90 GL5 with no problems.

We only use, Castrol Transmax Manual Multivehicle 75W-90 1L

For the gearbox and transfer box, helps the shifting too, as for diffs, we use stuff from halfords, but recently we got a 20 litre container of diffs
