My understanding is the bumper weighs about 65 Kg.
It's a good looking bumper and the ARB bumpers have a reputation of being very strong. The disadvantage you get from it is weight. The steel bumper I installed on mine is about half the weight of the ARB (winch bumper only) and it still caused about a 25mm squat in the front suspension. The advantage, as I see it, is a significantly more durable front bumper that's also capable of mounting a winch. If you only want the winch capability, there are lighter options.

Miss my old Jimny and it's ARB bull bar like crazy
Having a bar that allows you to fit a winch and spotlights with ease (though I never did) is awesome, gave it a better approach angle and front recovery points is something I took for granted.
Weight was never a issue at all for me and it also made it look great, I just wish they made a bar for my 2013 Jimny

65kg! That's an obscene amount of weight to add to such a light car.

Yeah.. And very wrong. The 65 kg is with a winch installed.
It's around 30-35 kgs the bumper itself.

And also if you get rated shocks for the front that can handle the excess weight you'll never have a problem
