Are you sure there not spanners to stop the shock spinning when you tighten up the nut onto the mount. hence why you get the square bit at the top of the thread on the shock

haha dont worry, mine were also too wide. When you tighten the nuts they just bend the brackets till they become tight. You may find that the shock bushes are a little wide for the Jimny mounts. I had to grind all mine down to get them to fit, except the ones in the rear shock relocation brackets

I've got the adjustable panhard rods from KAP. Cost just over £200 for the pair and due to the dodgy bushes, have given me problems since I've had the car on the road, sorted now tho

Hmm, my modified panhard rods are £75 per pair on an exchange basis.
You would have to add the cost of bushes and P+P on top.
As you may be aware - the bushes are causing me problems as well which is why they are not in the shop at present. If anyone wants this done and are willing to sort the bushes themselves then let me know.
The way is works is I have a pair of rods here already. When you are ready you send me the money and I get the rods made up. Then when they are ready we arrange to swap your old rods for the extended ones. This way you are not sitting around with the car in bits. However you should note that using this method you DO NOT get your own old rods back, hence (at present) you get either get an old set of someone elses bushes or even no bushes at all. For example the set of rods I have here today have no bushes in the front rod.
If you want this done to your own existing rods then you would have to plan to have around 3 weeks with yout Jimny in bits.
