So what are the messurments from the out side of the chassis to the rim it should be the same either side but different from front to rear

The bushes is correct as the pic on jimnybits's website , see below.

Just verify for me please :) i was wondering perhaps the angle of my panhard in the front might be to different from my steering rod and may cause bumpsteer?

Front amd rear axles both is about 10 mm to the left, and the reardiffers ever 3,5mm more to the rear, so the differnce wheels seems to follow each other very closely if that is correct ,

Thank you for the efford, i know its very difficult to troubleshoot something like this, i really appreciate your effort

It looks like you anti roll bar links are on the side of the axle. Links for roll bar should go up not down....

Lifting doesn't affect the steering and suspension geometry in any way, other than the caster angle changes. The axles are off the center a bit, but that does not affect the handling at all, that's for sure!

And you won't get any bumpsteer with your setup either, because as long as the panhard is parallel with the drag link, it's all good. There's so little difference between the angles that it shouldn't matter. Also, I would say it's almost impossible to have any bumpsteer with panhard setups, because the the panhard will move the axle sideways through the suspension cycle. So the bumpsteer is more of a problem with leaf sprung trucks where the axle moves just up and down because there is no panhard to move it sideways. Your panhard and drag link angles should be horribly wrong to cause bumpsteer...

So I would say the handling is poor because it's a Jimny you're driving, and that's how they handle!

You could also try wheels with bigger offset, because that will help too, and the truck won't feel so handfull to drive anymore.
