That's interesting, I was led to believe by my garage that the new regs would mean it would fail.

It will do soon but its not in yet and there is no where to fail it on the computer

How long have you had the jimny ?
Previous owner might have unpluged control unit under center consol in front of gear lever. Easy to check.

Had it since 2009, but honestly couldn't tell you when the light stopped coming on, how bad is that?!

Markyp dont suppose someone has unplugged the module like you told me to do that killed the light a well i have my 2yr old lad up front and wouldnt want him getting hit by an air bag just wondered if someone may have done the same
