I forgot to say that its lifted. What should the difference be with a 40mm spacer lift?

As already stated. The distance should be equal on both sides.

I got a couple of measurements from guys locally, which varied between 1 and 6.5mm difference between left and right.

The panelbeater resolved the problem with the alignment by making my panhard rod adjustable.
