Not trying to deter you fella but you asked if 29s were too sensible. We can't comment if 29s are too sensible unless we know what you are trying to acheive, which is why I asked ;)

Obviously if you go too big on the tyres you will need to start thinking about different transfer boxes and expenditure will really start getting high...

I've got 215/75/15 on mine (which are 28.1"), some pics on here without any lift. They didn't catch on standard suspension but I think they might if you have the later type of front bumper. They are no where near catching now I have a 1.5" suspension lift.

Gearing is still fine although speedo now under reads a little.
If I was you I would be tempted to put the tyres on you fancy and see how you get on. You might find you don't need a body lift (you might need nothing at all or just a bit of arch/bumper trimming) which will save you some money...

cheers everyone, pretty happy to hear its not too complex, ill begin to save my dollars up then :( when everything is done ill upload befor and aftr pictures, hopefully she will keep up with my friends landcruisers and hiluxs.

I want 33's, currently i'm on 235/75/15 special tracks but with a big lift. 4.5' suspension, 2' bodylift and well trimmed arches.
