Engine Mount. was created by Johnniehec
I found another broken bit caused by the Jimny deciding to have a lie down the other week, passenger side engine mount (the rubber bit) sheared clean through. I'm guessing a genuine Suzuki one will be £1000000 +vat, so am going to try the local breaker. Would I be right in thinking both sides are the same? and is there any difference depending on age from 2001 onwards? Failing that has anyone used a LR engine mount like this?

Thanks,
John.

Just back from the breaker, £12 inc both metal brackets, bit of a bargain I thought?

its not something you think about till you see it hapen, (a bonded rubber mount obviously is only designed to carry weight, not suspend your engine upside down :silly: ). So what do the people that like to roll them often do  :silly:  just solid mount them ???
