Black Jimny's don't get stuck!

Sounds like the pads are shot personally, same point that i made with the rears, if the pads are low the piston doesn't return as easily as its so far out. They either ease back while driving or when you tap the brakes.

I've taken my Jimny back to the garage again to be looked at and of course it was on its best behaviour! The lads took it for a little drive and didn't have the problem, they took the wheel off and had a look and couldn't see anything wrong. They said it can't be the bearings as the noise would be all of the time and not intermittant or just when I went round corners. The break pads and discs were replaced in November. So they jetwashed the area to make sure there were no stones etc that could be catching and I was on my merry way.
Took the Jimny out at Lunch for a little drive and the noise has started again. If it's just one of my Jimny's little quirks then that's fine, but I don't want to find a year down the line that I've wrecked something!

LOL anyway... the pads and discs were changed back in November so can't be that and the Garage I took them to have checked them twice. I had a quick look under there this morning and couldn't see anything catching.
I did find another problem though which would explain the other rattly noise I've been hearing for the last week or so, the fixing that's joined the centre exhaust pipe to the mounting has completely rusted off!

I have resolved the issue! Just in case anyone else ends up having this issue, when I took the wheel off myself, the dust cover from the brake disc looked closer at one side to the disc. Didn't think this was the issue, but when I bent it back a bit there was the smallest shiny bit inside, no more than maybe 1mm x 1mm. I've driven it round for about a week now noise free so that must have been it.
