This is where your problem lies... you need to re-fit all new cone washers, split washers and studs...

Cheers Rob, problems finding them now. sheared both sides off over time and lost all the washers.... I presume nobody manufactures them?

Milners used to/do sell them.

I think under the Toyota Surf, iirc.

Rather than search for the cones, ring them and ask.

this has happend to me before as well & it did have the cone washers on & as i took the complete front hub off to try drill the bolts out i walked into the garage with it in hand & noticed a complete vitara hub i had in there & had a idea of fitting that in place so i compared the 2 & they are basicly the same so i got on with fitting it on & then got another out of my parts stash & fitted 1 on other side

a few problems solved in 1 go

i did not have the hassle of drilling the broken studs out
no need for spacer rings to fit manual fwh's
no need for special tool to change bearings
no vacume pipes on the hubs

We stock TG stud kits for toyota fitment... quite likely they are the same as Suzuki.

TG, APR2000 Stud Kit.
"These hub studs are made from the strongest material ARP can manufacture for this type of fastener. ARP 2000 material has a tensile strength of 220,000 PSI and the ARP 2000 hub stud is cadmium plated to ensure that it is protected from rust and corrosion for many rough years to come. On the top of the stud we machined a 6mm hex head so that installation and maintenance is easy and no special tools are required."

They ain't cheep tho...
