No probs with my locker and crawler. Is the lever close to the tunnel surround when in 4H?

The lever in 4 H have a long free movement. For me that is happening even in 2H, even on road! After dismantled and reassembled first time, the free movement of the lever was very small. Immediately after first jumping to neutral ( free) position, the lever was not so firm any more. Presently on 4H , I heve the bigger free play movement. Is it same with yours-appr 2-3" from upper end of lever?

Just noticed you have a 2" bodylift, have you extended your lever? Just wondering if the rubbers or foam stuff are pushing on the lever? Also there is a bush within the lever shaft mount that is known for wearing and a nylon bush is available. Just going to see If I can find a link to them.
My lever has no more than 3" travel at the upper end of the lever and it is extended 2".

There is no problem with free play of t-box lever. In any position it is free and it is not touching to rubbers or foam stuff. We opened today the T-box again and looks that the problem is in main shaft for rear and forward axle. I have pictures, but don't know how to attach them here!

the easiest way is to upload your pictures to photobucket or similar

and then click on image link and then paste on here into your post

Unfortunately, they are uploaded in opposite way. So the last one is actually the first one.

Cheers!
