There is away of added more recoil to seatbelts but its no for every one,
Remove the seatbelt from the car, withdraw the belt as far as the belt will go,
you will see the belt goes through the shaft of the assembly, the nylon belt is only held in with a peg........... this is where it gets like you need 3 hands......... hold the rotating part which the belt goes through so it doesn't spin, now push the belt out of it and withdraw the "peg" remove the belt completely and now turn the shaft 2 or 3complete rotations against its preload , now do what you did to take it apart in reverse order.
This can make you jump if you dont hold on tight enough and the thing spins and looses all of it preload, also about 20 minutes working out how many turns is enough for the belt to return with out jamming the clock spring..........
