Talked to my Distributor and the sealant is not going to be cheaper than you can get it in Halfrauds, I will check with the manufacturer but dont hold any hope for a significant saving.
Sparkplugs are going to be:
G13B Engined Jimnys: NGK V-Groove - £11
M13A Engined Jimnys: Bosch Super Plus: - £11

STAG now that is a blast from the past - used to use that on Norton motorbikes in an attempt to keep the oil in  , I presume they have replaced the asbestos with something else now?

I use some loctite thread sealant left over from a job at work years ago. I suppose golden haematite or stag would do the job if you have it.
Put some on next time, it won't explode without it now.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

You can still buy it, but I guess the namby pambies have legislated away most of the good ingredients.
However, anything with those warning labels can't be all bad.
It is about the only thing that will seal diesel.
