Use a vice and a socket to press the cups out. You won’t do it with a hammer like on the YouTube Videos.
It’s a job that should take no more than a couple of hours, including removing and refitting the shaft. Mark the shaft to make sure you drop it back in the same orientation

Grab the axle flange and the propshaft tube and try twisting by hand, you will feel any play.
15 euros is an absolute steal. The only one I could find in the UK apart from suzuki is a blueprint part, and they retail at over £40
size 25 x 63.8 mm
Quinton Hazel QL219 or ql529 (with grease nipple) good luck getting one.
Blueprint ADK83901
I have a rocklobster box and use the SJ front prop on the rear will the UJ be the same size and part number ?

Measure it: the hole in the yoke is 25mm, the 63.8 is the measurement across one arm of the spider.
The SJ410 uses one that is only 40mm across.
Alternate widths on a 25mm joint are: 56.9 and 76.8, you should be able to tell with a ruler if yours is going to be 63.8mm across. (The yoke has to be about 6mm wider than the joint.
If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

What else could the problem be ?
The only thIng I have changed is fitting a rocklobster box.
Could it be that the lower ratio is causing my diff locker to pull in as I pull away and the side with the shorter shaft is the one that pulls down ??

if you've got a lift you're putting more stress on both items due to the increased angles they're working at
